A positive program created for teens to cultivate leadership abilities and personal development. The teens have chosen the following event categories for 2010-11 season:
- Careers (i.e. visiting workplaces & learning about professions)
- Planning education for future: (i.e. visiting colleges)
- Artistic Expression (i.e. photography, drama, music)
- Service to community (i.e. Gateway Homeless Center)
- Fun (i.e. bowling, roller skating or karaoke)
- Learning self-improvement skills (i.e language, public speaking)
- Safety/protection skills (i.e. self-defense class)
