The King Center will host this special ceremony in which community servants will take part in re-stitching the National 9/11 Flag. This flag, the largest to survive the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, is on tour across America through the 10th year anniversary of 9/11. It will ultimately become a part of the permanent collection of the National September 11 Memorial Museum.
