Fall in Love with BLT Steak Atlanta's Autumn Favorites

BLT Steak Atlanta debuts 'First of Fall Feast' to welcome autumn to the south

BLT Steak’s Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe welcomes the season’s change with fall flavors and a mouthwatering line up of culinary creations designed to delight diners. Taking advantage of the bounty of selection at neighboring farmers markets, Chef Matt is excited to incorporate locally harvested fare into a crafted, First of Fall Feast blackboard menu.

Guests may begin their meal with choices like Geezer Farms Heirloom Tomatoes with puff pastry, arugula-pecan pesto, whipped ricotta, zucchini and finished with a bourbon vinegar, and then move on to an earthy and rich main course such as the Grassroots Farm Duck Breast served with coastal huckleberries, white chanterelles, pearl barley and beet-juniper puree. Crafted by BLT Steak’s esteemed Pastry Chef Carmela Collier, guests may top off this succulent feast with two dessert options: Poached Local Kieffer Pear with baked filo, season fruit and Madera or Pumpkin Cream Filled Doughnuts with fall spiced hot chocolate.

The First of Fall Feast will be available beginning on Monday, September 21 through Sunday, September 27. This special menu is available a la carte or as a prix fixe for $65.
