While the attention on Georgia State athletics has been on its new football program and men's basketball, another sport, men's tennis, is garnering the spotlight.
The men's team, led by captain Trenton Spinks, has a 17-5 record for the season, ranking it No. 1 in the country in wins.

With five games left, including a 1 p.m. away match Sunday at UNC Wilmington, it's a record the team has been actively seeking to break.
Much of the credit for the team's performance goes Chase Hodges, the second-year head coach who led the Panthers to their first back-to-back winning seasons since 2005-06.
