HEY! is one of the premier youth leadership development organizations in the Metro Atlanta area and is working hard to ensure that young people are equipped in leading themselves. HEY! challenges youth to stake claim, prepare, and take action ensuring a positive, successful, and impactful future.

The EMPOWERED! Leadership Academy is designed to identify healthy characteristics in and boost the self-esteem, self-worth and determination of young people aged 13-18 through leadership development. Our strategies and techniques help these young people to understand their own value, bring out their creativity, find and use their voice to make better life decisions, not only for themselves, but for their community as well. EMPOWERED! Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity to help provide tools, resources and support through character development and leadership skills to help shape the valuable self-worth that young people have on their lives. We focus these activities through social entrepreneurship, civic engagement, social justice and Project Empower takes these skills and feeds the homeless and hungry.

S.T.E.M. Academy is a three tiered curriculum designed to engage students from elementary thru high school in learning about the benefits of using technology. The program is rooted in engineering, math, and science that uses team building & leadership activities to teach hands on maintenance & repairing of bikes, go-karts, and trucks. Additionally, coding, app development, website building, film making and robotics are used as well. It will prepare students throughout their matriculation to become the next generation of leaders, thinkers, creative minds & facilitators in the alternative energy industry.
