Hit-And-Run In Ormewood Park

Ormewood Park residents are being asked to keep watch for a silver/gray or tan-colored Chevy Silverado pick-up truck that slammed into a parked vehicle in the 800 block of Woodland Avenue Saturday night and then fled the scene.

The victims — who just moved in to Ormewood Park that day — left their truck and utility trailer parked on the street, according to the posting on the neighborhood's listserv.

The hit-and-run occurred at about 8:30 p.m. and it was too dark to get a license plate number or description of the driver.
