Honoring The Tuskegee Airmen
Atlanta City Council recognizes the bravery and courage of the Tuskegee Airmen

Atlanta City Councilmember Michael Julian Bond, along with Mayor Kasim Reed and other members of the City Council, presented proclamations honoring the brave men--and women--of the surviving Tuskegee Airmen on Dec. 5.
“This is a great American story, one that needs to be told and re-told to generations to come,” Bond said.
