Industry Leasing Veteran Paul R. Sevenich Joins Tri-Land Properties In Atlanta As Vice President

Tri-Land Properties, Inc. has announced that Paul Sevenich has joined the company as vice president of leasing.

Tri-Land Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate company specializing in developing, redeveloping and managing grocery-anchored community centers throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the country announced that Paul Sevenich has joined the company as vice president of leasing. Tri-Land President Richard Dube made the announcement.

β€œWe are thrilled to have Paul on our Tri-Land Properties team,” said Dube. β€œHis vast experience in leasing and intimate knowledge of our markets makes him a great addition as we continue to both enhance our current portfolio and acquire new properties. Sevenich will be concentrating his efforts specifically in the Atlanta, MinneapolisΒ and Kansas City markets.”

Sevenich, who has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years, has experience in retail real estate development and redevelopment, acquisitions, retail center positioning, value enhanced leasing, merchandising strategies and financial analysis of the Midwest and the South. During that time, he has worked for an impressive list of regional and national leasing and development companies including CSM Corporation, Kraus–Anderson, CBL & Associates and General Growth.

Sevenich, who is also a licensed real estate broker in MN and WI, holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. He has been awarded multiple certifications including Certified Investment Member (CCIM), Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) and Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS). Sevenich has served as the MN/ND/SD state director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange (MCPE) and The Caring Tree.
