Join Furkids on Saturday, July 4, 2015, between noon and 3:00 p.m., for our adoption event at the Petco located in The Exchange at Hammond Plaza, 5938 Roswell Rd. NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328! We will have a variety of adoptable dogs for you to meet and greet! Bring the entire family! We consider ourselves matchmakers and want to find the perfect pet for you and your family.
You can view all of Furkids’ available cats and dogs at www.furkids.org. If you see one you would like to meet and possibly adopt, please submit an online adoption application. There is no fee or obligation to submit an application. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will contact you within 72 hours to answer all your questions and arrange a meeting.
You can also visit our dog shelter “Sadie’s Place,” 1520 Union Hill Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30005, on the following days:
Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursdays, noon-7:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (closed on July 4th)
Furkids is a 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization that operates the largest cage-free, no-kill shelter in the Southeast for rescued cats and a no-kill shelter for dogs. At these locations, animals experience the best care in a loving, safe environment until they are adopted into forever homes. The Furkids mission is to help end pet overpopulation in Georgia through sterilization, high-quality adoption and by providing valuable spay/neuter services and pet care education to people in the community.
