Our Executive chef and Master Chef of France has partnered with Nicolas Feuillate champagne expert for a unique French-Thai inspired dinner.

Saltwood executive chef and Master Chef of France, Olivier Gaupin, and sous chef Chris Espanol have partnered with Nicolas Feuillate champagne expert, Olivier Zorel, for a unique four-course French-Thai inspired dinner and champagne pairing. Full menu and details can be found here.
