Louisiana Crawfish Boil at Serpas

Grab your bib because Chef Scott Serpas of Serpas True Food is bringing New Orleans to the Old Fourth Ward! On Saturday, June 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests will enjoy all-you-can-eat Louisiana favorites from the chef’s hometown as the music whistles through the afternoon air.

Held rain or shine, the event will feature the Bayou’s best crawfish boil, along with a spread of jambalaya, Meme’s potato salad and Georgia strawberry cake. Each guest will have a choice of two drinks, featuring ice-cold Abita beers or Crescent City Coolers made with Cathead Vodka.
