Man Accused In Ivy Prep Academy Car Crash Charged
Three Ivy Prep students were injured in the crash Monday.
ATLANTA, GA — A man accused in connection with a car crash that injured three Ivy Prep Academy students Monday morning is facing charges, authorities said.
According to the DeKalb County Police Department, Obinna Aguocha, 39, is being charged on suspicion of three counts of aggravated assault.
A car drove into the Memorial Drive academy and into a classroom, injuring the students, according to past reports.
