In March: Taste More Wine, Do More Good
A new way for Atlantan's to support their favorite charities: Host a wine tasting in your home and support a designated charity.
Brian’s Giving Vine is a philanthropic effort by Brian McGuire, an Independent Wine Consultant with WineShop At Home. Through his business, he conducts private, in-home wine tasting events for 8-12 persons and, each month, designates certain wine tastings as “Giving Vine” events. The wine tastings feature artisan wines produced in Napa Valley from a variety of grape growing regions. They are a fun way for a host and guests to learn about, discover and shop for wines not available anywhere else.
For a Giving Vine event, Brian and the host agree on a charity to support for the tasting. Brian will donate 20% of the wine sales from that tasting to the designated charity. It’s a great fundraising opportunity and provides the host and guests with an fun evening and some great new wines in their cellars!
The number of Giving Vine wine tastings each month is limited but we have doubled the number of Giving Vine events for March, so to support your charity with a wine tasting, contact Brian at (404) WINE219 or at giving@itsawinelife.com to claim an upcoming Giving Vine event slot and get your preferred date.
