MARTA Modifies Sunday Schedule to Accommodate Publix Georgia Marathon Runners

MARTA said it start rail service Sunday at 5:15 a.m. on all lines to get runners, spectators and volunteers to the Publix Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon.

The itself, which is expected to draw 18,000 runners, starts at 7 a.m.

MARTA's Peachtree Center Station, which is accessable via the Red and Gold lines is close to Centennial Olimpic Park, which serves as the race's start and finish.
