The Atlanta Women’s Chorus is presenting the
final concert of their debut season with two performances at Druid Hills
Presbyterian Church (1026 Ponce De Leon Ave. NE) at 8pm on June 6 and 7.
Titled Mother,
Daughter, Sister: Celebrating Music for Women, the concert will be a time
to recognize and celebrate the evolving roles of womanhood throughout history
and the relationships women share within their families. From a classic setting
of “Ave Maria” to stirring songs of sisterhood, Mother, Daughter, Sister will feature a wide range of musical
styles appealing to audiences of all generations.
