the BLT Popover stuffed with spinach, ham, eggs, bacon, béchamel and hollandaise,
the Lobster Cobb Salad with avocado, cheddar and pancetta and a variety of high

beverage is a nod to National Strawberry Month and made with top shelf vodka,
muddled strawberries, St. Germain, Prosecco, honey syrup and fresh squeezed lemon
juice.
