Newnan, Ga., Students Participating in S.T.E.M. Program Tour AAMCO University and its Remanufacturing Plant

A group of eighth grade students participating in a S.T.E.M. program at Odyssey Charter School in Newnan, Ga., recently had the opportunity to tour AAMCO University, AAMCO’s training facility and transmissions remanufacturing plant, where they learned about various career opportunities in manufacturing, packaging engineering, inventory control, and machine maintenance.

The specialized training facility, which opened in earlier this year, is part of AAMCO’s long-term strategy to drive operational excellence and growth systemwide.
