Parker Hudson Represents Seller of Midtown Atlanta's Atlantic Town Center

Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP represented a joint venture of CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI) and North American Properties (NAP).

ATLANTA, Oct. 27, 2015 – Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP represented a joint venture of CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI) and North American Properties (NAP) in connection with the sale of the 586,000 square foot Atlantic Town Center to Hines, the international real estate firm, on behalf of an institutional investor. The transaction closed on Sept. 30, 2015. Atlantic Town Center anchors the Atlantic Station® mixed-use development, situated on the former Atlantic Steel site, which also includes three Class A office towers, several multifamily communities, a full-service hotel and freestanding Ikea, Target and Dillard’s locations. The Parker Hudson team was led by Kenneth H. Kraft and J.P. Fougerousse.

“This was an extraordinarily complex, multi-layered transaction involving an iconic Atlanta property,” said Kraft. “We are honored that the CBREGI/NAP venture turned to our firm for counsel on this marquee transaction.”
