Santa Performs Champagne Sabering and Pastry Chef Presents City's Largest Gingerbread House at The St. Regis Atlanta on 11/27

WHAT: The St. Regis Atlanta, an unparalleled in-town resort located in the elegant enclave of Buckhead, will commemorate the start of the holiday season with Santa performing the hotel’s signature champagne sabering ritual during a festive reception on Friday, November 27, the day after Thanksgiving. This special sabering presents a holiday twist on a tradition that is uniquely St. Regis - the sommelier’s daily ritual to celebrate the arrival of the evening.

The champagne sabering by Santa will take place in The St. Regis Atlanta’s grand lobby entrance in conjunction with the unveiling of Atlanta’s largest gingerbread house. The St. Regis Atlanta’s acclaimed pastry chef, Michael Craig, will construct this Holiday masterpiece to grace the grand lobby entrance. The handcrafted masterpiece will present a behind-the-scenes look at Santa’s patisserie and bake shop through an artful expression of classic gingerbread design blended with a modern interpretation of Santa’s confectionary workspace.
