Several middle school students from Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School and the Paideia School recently were chosen to participate in a Homeless Immersion Project, where they experienced homelessness firsthand over a five-day period.
11Alive covered the project, in which the children walked several miles a day and learned how the homeless are treated, among other things.
