Stolen iPad's Tracking App Leads To Four Arrests

After call to police, victim had property back within hours.

Until then, they'll just keep getting arrested.

Such was the fate for one 23-year-old man whom police arrested Thursday night after they found him in East Atlanta with an iPad that was reported stolen just a few hours earlier.
