TAYLOR ENGLISH ATTORNEY NAMED TO FEDERAL BAR ASSOCIATION LEADERSHIP

ATLANTA, Nov. 12, 2015 – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that Deitra Crawley has recently been elected as co-chair of the Government Contracts Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA). Crawley has been an active member of the FBA for a number of years. During her term as co-chair, she will help lead the section in its mission to connect the bar and the bench with public and private sectors.

At Taylor English, Crawley represents corporate clients in regulatory matters, government contracts, and other transactional issues in the U.S. and abroad. Her regulatory practice includes corporate compliance, government contracts, international trade, data rights protections, and certifications for small businesses and veteran-owned enterprises. She navigates regulations, designs and implements custom-tailored compliance programs for small-to-medium enterprises, advises enforcement actions, performs compliance due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and trains company personnel and third parties on compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Crawley was general counsel for privately held companies in Washington, D.C.

Crawley earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her law degree from George Washington University Law School.
