Georgia State pitcher gives Panthers 9-0 victory over Texas Southern in Friday home opener
Justin Malone, in his career start for Georgia State, led the Panthers to 9-0 win Friday over Texas Southern — the first of a three-game series. Malone pitched for six scoreless innings and seven hits in the season opening game.
The Panthers, who beat Texas Southern again on Saturday, 3-0, play them today at 1 p.m. at the Field at Panthersville.
