
Atlanta Police say three people were robbed at gunpoint early Thursday morning in Little Five Points.
No one was injured in the robbery where the two suspects fired shots at police as they fled.
The robbery occurred sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 3 a.m., Off. Kimberly Maggart, an APD spokeswoman, said.

The and the victims flagged down an officer working for the Inman Park Security Patrol.
The two robbers were spotted on Euclid Avenue and ran south as an officer whom the victims flagged down, gave chase.

Apparently, the suspects jumped fences and several bushes on Hurt and Elizabeth streets, firing shots at the chasing officers.
Police set up a perimeter, but the two men escaped.
