Seasons eatings will include a Smoked Lamb Shoulder with Salsa Verde, Local Greek Yogurt, Cumin Naan Bread and Fattoush; Venison Loin with Baby Root Vegetables, Anson Mills Farro and Hunter’s Sauce; and Leek and Truffle Bread Pudding with Rosemary and Thyme. ince we know Santa isn’t the only one with a sweet tooth, the pastry elves at BLT Steak present a Cheesecake Flight with Dark Chocolate-Pretzel, Classic New York, Chocolate Covered Cherry and Cookie Caramel delights.
