Watchful Resident Helps Police Nab Two Car Thieves In Inman Park
Thieving pair found with items taken from car parked on Austin Avenue

An observant resident who saw two men rifling through a car early Wednesday, alerted police, which led to one man's arrest.
The quick-thinking resident flagged down Inman Park Patrol officer to relay seeing the two going into vehicles parked on Austin Avenue, Greg Scott, public safety vice president for the Inman Park Neighborhood Association, said.
James Roy, the man arrested, had a global positioning system, charger and loose change taken from one of the vehicles, according to the police report.
