Wellness Expo Offers Tips On Maintaining Healthy Body, Mind, and Spirit
Live & Thrive: Health & Wellness Expo On Nov. 8 To Feature Workshops And Vendors

ATLANTA β Are you over-worked and exhausted by the demands on your time from your career and family? Is stress impacting your health, mood, and weight? An Atlanta business strategies organization is hosting a wellness expo to help those struggling with stress to experience healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
The Live & Thrive: Health & Wellness Expo will be held Saturday, November 8, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 200 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta. More than 400 people are expected to attend the day of food, fun, and motivational talks. The expo will feature workshops led by wellness and holistic healing experts that teach attendees how diet, exercise, and spiritual development can prolong and improve their quality of life. Industry vendors will exhibit natural health, beauty, and home products. Visitors can also sample organic foods, learn about alternative medicines, experience meditation, yoga, enjoy stress-relieving massages and much more.
The Live & Thrive Expo is being sponsored by Rafael Escoto, the host of the upcoming cable television show, βLavida In Atlanta Health and Wellness Showβ, which is currently in production in Atlanta. Escoto is also the founder of Executive Trade Expo, (ETE), a business industry support network that promotes healthy lifestyles for business professionals and offers strategies to help entrepreneurs succeed.

Live & Thrive Expo will feature more than 40 vendors and wellness professionals who will share insight about preventive and integrative medical treatments and alternative medicine including Dr. Russell Friedman of Alternative Health Solutions; Dr. Allen Carter, a clinical psychologist who has helped to transform lives with his award-winning television show, βWho Am I?β; Dr. Donovan Christie of the ANWAN (All Natural Weight and Nutrition) Regenerative Center; Gloria Parker of NuSkin Products, which offers anti-aging skin solutions; Eric Hampton, a motivational speaker and meditation instructor who founded βCollective Awareness Group,β an organization that promotes self-improvement and social consciousness; and holistic health coach, Versandra Kennebrew, whose β10 Essential Holistic Weight Management Tipsβ earned her a fan favorite recognition in βBest Self Magazineβs Best of 2014β contest.

Admission to Live &Thrive Expo is $10 with pre-registration at executivetradeexpo.com. Tickets at the door cost $15. Parking is $5.
Live & Thrive Expo founder Escoto believes that as a business coach he has a responsibility and moral obligation to spread the message of wellness. He has appeared on Dr. Carterβs transformative show, βWho am I?β and is the author of the self-help book, βMissing Links.β Escotoβs business organization ETE offers coaching, business plan development, marketing assistance, and other professional services to entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners. ETE analyzes the performance of businesses and recommends processes to maximize effectiveness. The business outreach is striving to build a collaborative network between metro Atlanta firms that can increase their profitability and bring new jobs to communities.
