- East Cobb voters can begin casting in-person votes in advance of the May 24 primaries. The advance voting is from May 2 through May 20 at various voting locations across the region such as the East Cobb Government Center. - Cobb County residents can enjoy a free movie screening of "Encanto" at Swift-Cantrell Park on Saturday, May 14. The screening is part of Kennesaw's free Outdoor Movie Series. The movie will be projected onto a giant inflatable screen beginning at sundown. Don't forget to bring blankets, chairs, and snacks. (Cobb County Courier)
