Based on 25 years of research, the Investors in People standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
Atlanta-based eVestment has long been recognized as a top workplace in its home country the United States. The company engaged with Investors in People in the United Kingdom to further articulate eVestment’s commitment to creating a top global workplace.

The multi-step Investors in People accreditation includes a discovery phase, self-assessment, employee interviews, review of documentation, observations by Investors in People representatives and, finally, the accreditation report and feedback.
