UPDATE: Cab Driver Killed in Marietta, Suspect Arrested

The 56-year-old victim was found shot to death Thursday morning; a suspect was apprehended on Thursday evening.

Marietta police have arrested the man they believe shot and killed a taxi driver overnight Thursday.

Justin Marquis Graves, 34, was arrested just before 7 p.m. Thursday by Marietta police on suspicion of killing Michael Bemus, 56. He has been charged with felony murder, Marietta police said Thursday night.

Police said they received a 911 call at 2:56 a.m. about an unresponsive Victory taxi driver inside his car parked in the 2200 block of Northwest Parkway. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered Bemus dead from a gunshot wound.
