UPDATE: Cobb County Schools Makes Another Weather-Related Decision
Road conditions have prompted the superintendent to make a decision regarding classes in East Cobb on Tuesday.
UPDATE (10:00 a.m.): Cobb County Schools will be closed entirely on Tuesday, the district announced this morning.
ORIGINAL STORY (7:50 a.m.): Cobb County Schools will delay their opening for two hours due to the inclement winter weather pummeling the area.
The school district announced the delay just before 7 a.m. The delay is the latest in a series of weather-related closures and postponements caused by brutal winter weather which has lingered in the area for weeks.
