- Fast-casual restaurant chain King's Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant is facing delays for their plans at a new location in Northeast Cobb. While an existing site plan had already been approved, owners amendments for that plan have been pushed to November for their location on the intersection of Shallowford Road and Gordy Parkway. The delay is in part for the owner continuing conversations with residential groups, as well as a pending landscape plan. (East Cobb News)
