East Cobb Establishments Caught Selling Alcohol to Minors
Each violator will face a court date soon, Cobb County police said.

Several East Cobb businesses failed an alcohol compliance check performed by the Cobb County Police Department last week.
According to police spokesman Dana Pierce, the businesses which sold alcohol to a minor were the Shell at 1280 Johnson Ferry Road, the Merchants Package Store at 1272 Johnson Ferry Road, and the East Cobb Exxon Food Mart at 4244 Roswell Road.
Two other businesses, the Wine Shop at 640 Johnson Ferry Road and the BP at 559 Johnson Ferry Road, did not sell alcohol to a minor but were cited for other permit violations.

The establishments which sold alcohol to the minor volunteer will appear before a Cobb County judge and could face the revocation of their alcohol sales permits.
