Cooking for Food Allergies

Are you or a family member one of the more than 12 million Americans with a food allergy? Getting a “safe” and delicious dinner on the table can be a challenge for many home cooks. Tonight, Tracy Stuckrath, a Certified Health Coach and event planner who personally struggles with numerous food allergies, will explore some of the most common allergens and share enticing recipes that are healthy, flavorful and “safe”! Tracy will prepare five recipes during class (appetizer, entrée, two sides and dessert) that will be adapted to meet attendees’ needs, so please indicate your food allergies in the “notes” field when registering. Once you’re armed with the right information and some delicious recipes, dinner will no longer be a daunting task!
