A conversation group for speaking Japanese. This is a great chance for students and anyone interested in speaking the Japanese language in a casual setting. Since the meeting is hosted by a real Japanese conversation group, you can expect to hear and speak Japanese all evening. The Atlanta Japanese Meetup is focused on creating a fun environment for speaking in Japanese (advanced beginner to native levels).
Japanese is a very hard language to learn and one needs all the practice they can get - especially opportunities to speak it - in order to achieve or maintain fluency.
This group is also an opportunity for native speakers of Japanese to share their language and culture with non-Japanese who are actually trying to learn it.
For now, the format will be at restaurants across the metro-Atlanta area, but in the near future karaoke and other Japanese events will be included.
