With holiday weight gain on everyone’s minds, one Atlanta-area company, eVestment, helped employees stay fit with a fall/winter fitness challenge. Employee wellness is an important part of the culture at Marietta, Ga.-based eVestment, a leading provider of institutional investment data and analytics.
About 60 employees worldwide participated in the challenge, which began on October 9 and included a weekly running course and individual and group running and exercise sessions throughout the two-month challenge. Participants were ranked based on a variety of criteria, including time in a 5k race, overall weight loss, percent of body fat reduction and more.
