Fundraiser at Local Restaurant to Support Family of Man Involved in Serious Car Accident
Baked restaurant in East Cobb will donate 10% of their sales for a day to support the family of Daniel Goodner.

A fundraiser is being held on Wednesday, May 20th from 11am-8pm at local eatery, Baked, in honor of Daniel Goodner, a Buford resident who was involved in a serious car accident this past January. Baked will donate 10% of sales for the day when patrons mention Daniel Goodner when they order their meal.
The accident occurred as Daniel Goodner was on his way home to help his wife put their three young children to bed (Chloe - 8, Isaac - 4 , David - 2). Daniel was left with a traumatic brain injury and has been in a coma-like state since the accident. He has been admitted to the Shepherd Center, the top-rated brain and spinal injury rehabilitation center in the country.
Daniel was the sole provider for his family, working two jobs just make ends meet. With the accident, wife and former East Cobb resident, Shannon Goodner, is now left in the dire position of funding medical bills, daily needs and the handicap accommodations needed to eventually bring Daniel home.
