Groundbreaking Held for East Cobb Medical Campus

A groundbreaking was recently held for a new, 100,000-square-foot medical campus in east Cobb.

Northside Hospital is developing the complex that will include imaging, primary care, urgent care, and specialists.

The facility is expected to open in December 2016.

Community leaders were present at the event, along with special appearances by former Atlanta Falcons quarterback D.J. Shockley and current Falcons placekicker Matt Bryant, who presented a check to Freda Hardage, Northside's director of foundation services.
