Happy New Year from our Kitties hoping for a good year
Happy New Year from our Kitties hoping for a good year and a new home. Here is what some have to say.
New year, new life. Good Mews foster family, Etta and her five babies, wish everyone a happy and healthy 2014, and thank the Good Mews staff, volunteers, donors and supporters for all you do. It takes a family to raise one, and we are so fortunate to have such a loving extended family!
We could not start the year off any better than this! Those of you that know Prince George knows he had a tough 2013. Poor guy could not get over his eye issues and was unavailable for adoption. But he has finally gotten better and is now in his new forever home!! We all love Prince George and we are so happy he finally has a home to call his own.
Happy Friday from Fabienne! The year is starting out great for me because I am the featured cat for January! I am hoping that this will help me finally find my forever home! I was rescued by Good Mews when I was only 1 week old. Once my siblings and I were old enough for adoption, we came to the shelter. All of my siblings have found homes except me. I have been waiting for almost a year and a half. I am not sure why nobody has picked me yet. I really am a nice girl and I love to play and run. I would make a great friend. OK..it might have to do with the fact that on adoption days I get a little turned off by all of the noise and people, so I go sit in a tree and nap. But once it is quiet, I am all over the place! So my New Year’s resolution is to try to be out and about more on adoption days. So please say a prayer for me that January will be my lucky month!

Natalie (from Douglasville, GA) needs help placing her deceased mother-in-law's cat. She does not know how old Coco is, but thinks maybe 10. Coco's fur is growing back from being shaved down, as you will see in the pictures.

I am desperately trying to find a new home for my recently deceased mother-in-law's cat and am very hopeful that you can help. Her name is Coco and I believe she is Persian or Himalayan. She is a sweet cat but we absolutely cannot keep her as my husband and one of our children are allergic to her and we also have dogs that are not accustomed to cats. I am very concerned about her being sad, lonely and her safety and well-being. I greatly appreciate any help you can offer! Please contact me by any of the methods below:
