First, today's weather:
A t-storm around in the p.m.. High: 91 Low: 75.
📢 I'm looking for business owners and marketers in East Cobb who want to build awareness, connect with customers and increase sales.

Here are the top 3 stories in East Cobb today:
- As a result of Cobb County's "high" designation category for COVID-19 transmission, Cobb Superior Court Chief Judge Robert Leonard reimposed a mask mandate at the courthouse.
The Cobb government made the announcement on Tuesday adding that Leonard made the decision "reluctantly" with no indication as to how long the mandate would be in place. (East Cobb News) - The Cobb Planning Commission denied recommending the proposal for Green Community Development's 16-home subdivision in a Northeast Cobb neighborhood. The vote was 3-0 and without discussion. The proposal was to switch from R-20 zoning to OSC R-20 for a 7.5-acre tract off Kinridge Court. (East Cobb News)
- Rep. Teri Anulewicz, D-Smyrna, is leading Cobb County lawmakers, in lobbying federal officials for Lockheed Martin's LMXT plane to be chosen as the U.S. Air Force's next aerial fuel tanker. If the plane wins out, it would be partially constructed at Lockheed's Marietta plant. The contract could add up to 1,000 jobs at the plant. (Aviation Pros)
