Moxie Burger Opens in East Cobb

The Cadillac. The Chucktown. The Hunker Down. 

Those are among the menu items at the newly opened Moxie Burger at Paper Mill Village. 

Chas D'Huyvetter, an East Cobb native and graduate, is the owner and operator of Moxie Burger, which he envisions as a "neighborhood gathering place."

Moxie Burger serves more than burgers. Sandwiches, salads and desserts are on the menu. 

So are children's portions and a selection of Hebrew National franks that include The Hunker Down, topped with pimento cheese, bacon and jalapenos and served with cheese straws. 

There's also an "entrepreneur" option for building your own burger or sandwich "from the ground up." 

The menu includes a full range of soft drinks, beer and white and red wine. 

Located at 255 Village Parkway, Moxie Burger also has a patio for outdoor dining. 

Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
