Here are the top three stories in East Cobb today:
- A Netflix show that was predominately filmed in East Cobb has been given a release date. The show "First Kill" will be coming to the streaming channel this June. The teen drama is based on a short story written by V.E. Schwab. The series will have a total of eight episodes with each episode running for about 60 minutes apiece. (What's on Netflix)
- The Avenue is hosting a special Mother's Day event for East Cobb families. Participants will enjoy live music with a photo station and will receive a complimentary floral bouquet. The event will be on May 8 beginning at 12:30 p.m. (East Cobb News)
