Happy New Year!
The time has come to make resolutions in order to become a better, healthier you. Every year millions of people welcome the new year with promises of health, fitness, and vitality. They make declarations to begin work out programs, quit smoking, quit drinking or start a new diet. It all sounds great on December 31st, but sometime after midnight the resolutions start being pushed back. Fast forward a few months, then a few more, before you know it the current year becomes the past and the new resolutions look very much like the previous ones. We have all been there, and we have all done it. It doesn't mean the resolutions are not important, because they are; we all know that true wealth is good health.
So what happens? It is our observation that the problem lies in the process of goal setting. It is easy to set a big beautiful bold goal, but the challenge is actually reaching it. We set goals, usually unrealistically, and we do not do our due diligence. We fail ourselves and neglect sitting down and writing out smaller, more "bite sized", mini-goals or objectives to accomplish along the way to our big goal. We neglect to build the "framework for success".The good news is Linked is here to help. 2014 marks the beginning of the Linked Lifestyle program. A purposeful comprehensive program designed to help our clients reach their goals in a safe and effective manner. The process is simple, every client develops realistic goals and we implement a plan of action to help them achieve them. The Linked Lifestyle addresses the 5 aspects of a healthy life, thereby giving a framework to aid everyone in better their life. From this point forward, the Linked Lifestyle is being put into practice.
You can be a "stronger you" in 2014. Make this year your year for success. Create your goals, establish attainable mini-goals or objective that support your goals, and get started. Remember, doing something everyday is better than not doing anything at all.
