East Cobb Parents: Double Check Your Child's Bus Route Online
The online application will tell you the proper school bus number, closest bus stop, and pickup time when you enter your address.

About this time next week, students will be loading onto buses to head home after the first day of the 2015-16 school year. However, getting on the right bus at the end of the day may be confusing for some youngsters.
In order to ensure that nobody gets on the wrong bus, Cobb County Schools has rolled out its bus route search function, which allows parents to search their addresses for the bus number their child will be riding on to get to and from school.
It’s really easy to use; just type in your address, select the proper grade level, and let the computer do the work for you. In a few seconds it will show the closest bus stops to the address, the number of the bus that will run the bus route, and even lists the scheduled times for pickups and dropoffs.

A word to the wise - if the search engine doesn’t take your address the first time around, drop the “street,” “road,” or “drive” from your entry. You’ll have to pick out your actual street from a list, but your address should be one of the choices available.
Familiarize yourself with your child’s bus route information to ensure both you and your child are comfortable knowing what bus to get on at the end of the day Monday.
