Pedestrian Struck by Car in Cobb County
The pedestrian was severely injured in the collision, police said.
A Marietta man is fighting for his life at WellStar Kennestone Hospital after he was hit by a car early Thursday morning.
Gerald Mack was attempting to cross Delk Road near Franklin Road when he was struck by a 2001 Ford Focus driven by Wilfredo Flores just before 6 a.m., police told the Marietta Daily Journal. Mack was not inside a crosswalk when he was hit.
