Pope Looks to Escape Middle of Pack
Here's what's happening in high school athletics in East Cobb Patch on April 1.
Pope (7-7, 2-2) and Villa Rica (12-3, 2-2) both have identical records in Region 5-AAAA play thus far and share space in a five-team logjam in the standings. Pope hosts the Wildcats on Friday and will look to put some distance between the two schools in the standings.
(8-6, 1-1) and (8-7, 1-2) are also set to battle in what is always an explosive Northeast Cobb/East Cobb rivalry.
