Put Patch to Work For Your School This Year

Do you want to get the word out about the great happenings right here in East Cobb schools? Put Patch to work for your school this year.

Is your PTA having a meeting, fundraiser or fall festival? Post it as an event on East Cobb Patch for free. Navigate to the Events page and click “Add an Event” on the right side of the page. Tell us all the details about your upcoming event, then click “post my event” at the bottom of the page. 

After your meeting or festival don’t forget to blog about. Clicking this link will navigate you to the new blog post form where you can recap how much money you raised, post photos and share the fun you had in a blog post. Blogs with photos can be included on East Cobb Patch’s homepage and are sometimes featured in Patch’s daily newsletter. 

Share your school’s triumphs with a Patch announcement. Did the robotics team take state? Has a standout student earned a scholarship? Brag about it on Patch! Simply click the Announcement option under the News tab on the homepage. On the right side of the screen you’ll see the button “Add an Announcement.” This will you take you to Patch’s new announcement form. When you’re ready, click “publish my announcement” and it will go live to the site immediately.
