Overview: Since opening in 2009 in Sandy Springs, now has 14 metro Atlanta locations, including one at 1255 Johnson Ferry Road in East Cobb.
Yogli Mogli is more than a frozen yogurt shop: It is a social phenomenon, a teen mecca–an interesting place. If you don’t believe me, just go to one of the three Marietta locations on any given Friday or Saturday night between 9 and 11 p.m.
The Yogli Mogli across from The Avenue West Cobb is overflowing to the street with teens from , , and high schools. And they are all getting along, behaving and eating frozen yogurt. Most of the time it’s packed with families and has a very neighborhood-friendly feel. I hear it’s the same for the other locations.

Indoor and outdoor tables serve the crowd and the self-serve line for yogurt is actually a fun experience, with so much to choose from. Let me also add that at the recent Taste of West Cobb, the line for Yogli Mogli was consistently double the other restaurants’ lines for the entire 2 hours I was there. So the masses (who know about Yogli Mogli) must agree. This article is for those who haven’t discovered it yet!
The Food: To say the frozen yogurt is great at Yogli Mogli just doesn’t capture it. It is an experience. Everything is self-serve, and is priced by the weight, so you get exactly how much of a treat you want at 39 cents per ounce. With 16 flavors and over 40 different toppings to choose from, the combinations are infinite and unique. For those who have always wanted to go behind the counter at a Baskin Robbins and whip up your own concoction, this is as close as you’ll get. And actually it’s much better. My personal favorites include Red Velvet, Georgia Peach and York Peppermint Patty with actual tiny cheesecake squares as a topping.
