Taylor English Duma Partner Eric Fisher Named Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2016 – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that its partner Eric S. Fisher has been named as an associate fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Fellowship in the LCA is by invitation only and selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. Less than one-half of one percent of attorneys from across the U.S. are invited into membership.

At Taylor English, Fisher is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He counsels clients in a wide variety of cases, including contractual and partnership disputes, class action defense, business torts, fiduciary duties, insurance and employment disputes. Fisher also serves as an adjunct professor of business law at Clayton State University.

Fisher earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
