Tritt Honored For Red Cross Efforts
Students and teachers at the East Cobb elementary school have been recognized for their community blood drive program during the 2010-11 school year.
Tritt Elementary School Blood Drive volunteers were awarded 1st Place in Cobb County and 2nd Place in the state of Georgia for the school year 2010-11. The effort took place under the leadership of Elizabeth Hauenstein with the assistance of Danielle Kwasnik.
Over 2 days of blood drives, the Red Cross collected a total 114 pints from teachers, parents, and the Tritt community. Please help them exceed this pint goal by participating in the Blood Drive on Sept. 9 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Tritt Gym.
